With 29 years of experience in luxury residential real estate in New York and Florida as both a realtor and an investor, I consistently deliver outstanding results for my clients and customers. I have an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a graduate degree from Columbia University, so I am accustomed to working at the top of my field.

I pride myself on my responsiveness, attention to detail and integrity. I have a lifelong passion for real estate, and I love helping people meet and exceed their real estate goals. In today’s fast-paced market, my skill as a creative thinker and problem solver combined with my professionalism and determination set me apart from the competition. I enjoy sharing my excitement about South Florida real estate and my understanding of market trends, investment opportunities, and neighborhoods and communities with everyone I represent.

I’ve helped satisfied buyers and sellers from Miami up to Hutchinson Island and every area in between, from waterfront homes and condos to the east, to multi-acre ranches out west—as well as single family homes, including residences in country club communities and active 55+ communities with every possible amenity. There is tremendous variety here in Florida, truly something for everyone. As a real estate investor myself, assisting my clients and customers with a wide variety of successful transactions is something that I look forward to every day.

I moved to Palm Beach County in 2001 after selling high end residential real estate in Manhattan for nearly a decade, and I have simultaneously held licenses in New York as well as Florida. Many of my New York clients have also trusted me with the purchase and sale of their second homes and property investments in Florida, and many of my Florida clients have relied on my help over the course of many years as their needs have changed. I consider their referrals and their loyalty across multiple transactions to be my greatest professional accomplishment as well as a testament to my work ethic and dedication.
